Hi, following up because Gaggle offers documents called "Incident Details Reports" which provide the warning type, action reasons, entity type, and occurrence date of incidents flagged by Gaggle. These reports do not provide the names of students or any identifiable information that would compromise the privacy of students. Therefore, list points 2 and 3 are not protected under FERPA.

Please let me know if there's any other details I can provide to help with the completion of this request.

Best,
Caroline

Hi Caroline,

Please find attached an incident details report — with identifiable information removed — of incidents flagged since we began using Gaggle in 2012. This spreadsheet includes a breakdown of incident by type. This should satisfy points 2 and 3 of the previously discussed request. If you have any other concerns, please reach back out.
Thanks,
Christian
