Specifically, please include a search for any emails and any other forms of digital or analog communication to and from District Attorney Sharen Wilson related to this case. This includes any communication with Clark Birdsall, any communication with staff of Dallas County, any communication with Texas state or US Federal employees, and any communication with members of the local or national news media.

Similarly, please include any comments or questions from the general public or queries from the press related to this case.

We are continuing to await a ruling from the Office of the Attorney General. As of this morning, that office has not issued a ruling. When we receive a ruling, we will let you know. Should you have any questions regarding the Office of the Attorney General’s timeline for issuing a ruling, you may contact the Open Records Division of the Office of the Attorney General at (877)673-6839.
