This includes any communication with Clark Birdsall, any communication with staff of Dallas County, any communication with Texas state or US Federal employees, and any communication with members of the local or national news media.

Similarly, please include any comments or questions from the general public or queries from the press related to this case.

We are continuing to await a ruling from the Office of the Attorney General. As of this morning, that office has not issued a ruling. When we receive a ruling, we will let you know.
