Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
Copies of all emails exchanged between Mayor Bob Buckhorn and his staff and Uber Technologies and its representatives during the time frame of January 1, 2015 until the time this request is processed. Any internal emails between Bob Buckhorn and his staff about Uber or the Hillsborough County Public Transportation Commission. Please also include any attachments to these emails.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. They will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE's science and tech site (www.motherboard.vice.com).
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request, and I ask that this be processed in the "media" fee category. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
