After reviewing your request, the Risk Department believes every claim for damage filed from 1/1/2010 to 10/4/2023 is "alleged and actual inappropriate or illegal behavior or actions resulting in compensation or expenditures involving this agency."
If you are seeking a copy of every claim for damage file from 2010 through 2023, it could potentially take many years to fulfill your request. However, to narrow and expedite your request, a spreadsheet of all claim for damages can be provide to you for you to identify which specific claim for damages you are seeking. We have begun assembling material requested and to determine whether any of the documents are exempt from disclosure and we anticipate that we should have responsive documents on or before November 1, 2023 . If there are questions, or delays we will contact you accordingly.
