Hello Rosemary,
Thank you for your response. In order to narrow my request I need more information about the "17 hours of video footage" that are responsive to my request.
What kind of video footage is it? (Is it body camera, dash camera and/or surveillance video?)
When was is it taken? (Is it video of officers responding to the accident? Is it video of officers arriving after the accident to help with traffic?)
Is it one video or multiple videos?

On Feb. 21, 2024 at 11:09AM I called the office number listed on your letter (908) 273-6400. I spoke with a woman who said this information wasn't available and she transferred me to Jennifer, the police department records person. Jennifer did not answer, so I left a detailed voicemail and I'm hoping she calls me back.

As I attempt to get the information necessary to narrow my request, I ask the city of Summit to waive the Feb.23, 2024 deadline and hold my request open until I have further information.

thank you,
Karen
