John Re – Suffolk County PD

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

- Criminal history records and records relevant to a criminal investigation into John Re of 16B Wireless Road, East Hampton, New York, from about March 2005 (or before) up to and including January 2014.

- Records relevant to a criminal investigation into John Re conducted by Detective Brett Carlson of the Suffolk County Police Department.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public on MuckRock.com. This request is being made by a journalist, not for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
