In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To whom it may concern,

Please remove us from your automatic cue of emails once you’ve received our replies to your initial requests. We have for nearly two years been receiving repetitive emails about the same subjects that have already been responded to, and would greatly appreciate it if you would update your system.

Thank you,

Peter

Peter, hello-
As noted in my other replies to your blanket response, there is no record of any response from your department in our system, ergo our automatic responses. If you can please provide more information as to when a response was provided, or even re-send your final response, we'd be happy to turn off the follow-ups. Thank you.

Dear Beryl:

I have been advised by Peter VanDelft that he is continually receiving this request periodocally since September 24, 2015. Russell Homsy of the General Counsel's office replied to your request quite some time ago; and, this should have been relayed to Muckrock by you so that Mr. VanDelft does not continually receive unwarranted emails. Your request is not the only request that this happens with. I have tried to contact someone at Muckrock; but, the address has no actual person working at it with a phone number to contact. I will be sending a request today to take Peter VanDelft off of this auto email from you to:

MuckRock

I am attaching your requests for your reference.
