Complaints filed against police officers

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A list of complaints filed against law enforcement agents in the Stockton Police Department from January 1, 2019 to present (June 9, 2020) that includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following information:

-date of complaint
-date of incident
-description of complaint
-description of resolution or disciplinary action taken
-name of officer complaint was filed against
-badge number of officer complaint was filed against

I can accept this data in whatever data file format is easiest for export, including CSV, Excel file formats, or the database itself.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
