Determination of meeting status, along with any meeting materials, of the Koppers Community Advisory Panel

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

— The Village of Stickney's determination on the type of meeting held on Dec. 1, 2023, and Feb. 6, 2024, at the YMCA in Berwyn, of the "Koppers Community Advisory Panel," which included several elected and appointed village officials. Specifically, we ask for the village's determination if these considered "open" and "special," under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, or "closed." If they were considered closed or not subject to the OMA, we ask for either the relevant exemption or justification

— All meeting materials provided to both elected and appointed public officials at the "Koppers Community Advisory Panel" meetings held on Dec. 1, 2023, and Feb. 6, 2024, including, but not limited to, agendas, meeting minutes, lists of attendees, presentations or slides, "homework" or fact sheets provided to participants and any other materials prepared and circulated at these meetings

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
