Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide me in an electronic format, preferable in a PDF file to the email address this message originated from, the Stamford Police Department's Policy which outlines the Stamford Police Departments policies vis a vis responding to, managing and providing access to public information under the State of Connecticut and Federal Freedom of Information Act.
Supplementary, please provide all meeting minutes, applicable notes and documentation which was the basis for the Stamford Police Department's "Freedom of Information request form, 6/20/2019".

Additionally, all documents and information which details the Stamford Police Department's requirement that the following data be submitted as a contingency to access FOIA documents:

1) The requester's home address,
2) The requesters Cell phone number,
3) The requesters home and work phone number, 4) The requesters email address,
5) The requesters 1st previous home address,
6) The requesters 2nd previous home address,
7) The Requesters reason for the request

Policies pertaining to

1a) How the data in 1-7 cited above is used to determine whether or not to grant a FOIA request,
2b) Information concerning the number of requests which were denied based on the data obtained in the "FOI Request Form 6/20/19 between Jan 1, 2000 and March 1, 2023.
3c) information pertaining to how long and in what format the data from all requesters who used the form cited in 2b above between January 1, 2000 to March 1, 2023 stored.

I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
