Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

All teaching materials used by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department to train officers on the deployment of, and recovery from, common chemical munitions (including skunk, OC, CS, PAVA, HC, pepper spray, or 'tear gas' in general). Please also include, with course teaching materials, materials provided by external agencies that sponsor, teach, or provide teaching materials for a particular course, including but not limited to safety data sheets provided by equipment manufacturers and training worksheets compiled by non-SLPD personnel.

The requester is a journalist who will share information with the public—as such, kindly waive any fees if possible.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
