Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following record:
The 2015 Metropolitan Taxicab Commission budget as approved during the March 10, 2015 commissioner's meeting. Please provide a version that includes line item detail of approved expenditures.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Oldani,
As a follow-up request: I do not see within the expenses on the document provided anything noting a legal retainer or attorney on staff. Would Mr. Billing's salary be included within one of the payroll expense categories? If so, I would like to also request his yearly salary.
If he invoices the MTC for work billed by the hour, I am requesting paid invoices from 1/2015 - 8/2015.
Please let me know if I am misinterpreting anything.
