I'm following up on the following The Missouri Sunshine Law request, copied below, and originally submitted on Aug. 28, 2019. You previously indicated that it would be completed on Oct. 7, 2019. I wanted to let you know that I am still interested in the following documents, and to see if that date was still accurate.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

Thank you for your response. You cite RSMo 610.100.2(2) which states
"Notwithstanding any other provision of law other than the provisions of subsections 4, 5 and 6 of this section or section 320.083, mobile video recordings and investigative reports of all law enforcement agencies are closed records until the investigation becomes inactive."
Is this a confirmation that such investigation cited in this request is still active?
