Dear Mr. Neiss:

I am in receipt of your fax dated March 2, 2016. I never received the
original submission of February 27, 2016 so thank you for following up with
the fax copy of it.

I am in contact with appropriate City of St. Louis office(s) to locate
records responsive to your request. If public records are identified, we
will first review any such documents to determine whether they are subject
to public disclosure pursuant to Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of
Missouri, and whether they contain any, otherwise, legally protected
information. Consequently, please allow me ten (10) business days to
complete this time-consuming process. Thereafter, you will be notified as
to the cost to copy and prepare the documents, if applicable.

Sincerely,

Dear Ms. Smentkowski,

Thank you so very much. One quick addendum, it appears as if a referenced "Attachment A" is missing from the Annual Report from the Department of Streets.

Is this missing attachment reflected in the original report as well? Or has it been redacted?

Thank you so much again for your time and attention to this request.
