SD NG Border Deployment

Pursuant to the South Dakota Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any emails, memos, records, or other material related to South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem's order to send 50 South Dakota National Guard members to Texas, as referenced in the governor's June 29, 2021 statement. Please include records related to Willis and Reba Johnson's Foundation, or any other donor related to the National Guard deployment to Texas.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
