Body-cam, Dash-cam and training certification for officer Kellen Hood #110 for incident # HP24000783CR

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the South Dakota Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Officer camera recordings, such as arresting officers body-cam and dash-cam related to incident #HP24000783CR that took place at or near mile marker 15 on interstate 90 at or about 5:46 pm on the date of 02/16/2024 resulting in the arrest of Kristin Bercier.
I would also like to request a record of any and all training completion certifications for officer Kellen Hood badge #110, particularly training completion for DUI marijuana field test.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
