A list of companies that have received the following training assistance for 2009 and before; as well as 2011 and after:
— readySC Training
The following information for each participating company listed:
— Name of company
— Date award approved
— Full address
— Value of incentive award
— Number of workers trained
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The request is made by Good Jobs First, a non-profit public interest research organization, via public information service MuckRock.com for non-commercial usage. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
I would prefer the request to be filled electronically in a spreadsheet format, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Ms. Tarczynska:
This letter is in response to your recent request pursuant to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, S.C. Code Ann. § 30-4-10, et seq. (“FOIA”) for a list of companies that have received training assistance from readySC.
Attached is a spreadsheet with project information for FY2011-2012 through FY2013-2014. This spreadsheet lists all readySC projects along with the total expenditures to date and the number of individuals trained for each project.
Providing information prior to 2009 will be extremely burdensome and will require dedicated staff to pull and review hard copy files. In addition, our files are only archived for ten years.
To provide you with information for FY2004-2005 through FY2008-2009, we estimate a minimum of 350 hours of dedicated staff time to the process. Accordingly, we will undertake a search for the responsive records upon receipt of a deposit in the amount of $2,000. All additional time required to fulfill the request will be billed at the hourly rate of the employee(s) involved in pulling and reviewing the necessary files. Copies will be billed at $.10 per copy.

Thank you for the data. Would it be possible to add years to the data that you sent? For example, a year when each project was approved or when the training took place?
