To Whom It May Concern, Somerville Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development:

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, §10, and HUD's regulations pertaining to Public access to program records, such as 24CFR § 570.508, we hereby request the following records:

Please provide a complete copy of the Accessibility Feasibility Study at [Somerville's] West Branch Library (noted in Somerville City FY09 OSPCD Department overview, page 237, as the "Accessibility Feasibility Study at West Branch Library"; a.k.a. the "Historic Preservation Access Study" - Somerville's HUD CAPER PY09-10, page 23).

We also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records.

Please fulfill this request only in accessible format, so that it can be accessed by persons using screen readers, which provide text-to-speech accessibility. (Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.)

In the event that fees cannot be waived, please inform us of the total charges in advance of fulfilling this request. We prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. We look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Community Access Project
