Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, §10, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide a copy of the following records relevant to all Albion Street, Somerville MA roads and streets construction work paid for using Somerville's 2012 funds:

Entire Public Contract and Construction Agreements up to and including Final Inspection certificates for: all locations along Albion Street completed using 2012 funds.

Please be sure to include
-Contract Cover Sheets with P.O.#s and amounts, and Owner-Contractor Public Construction Agreement with Signature Pages
-Bid Documents,
-Site-specific Guidelines,
-Guarantees and Warrantees
-Application and Certificate for Payments,
-all Purchase Orders/Invoices, and
-signed and stamped/certified Final Inspection letter.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in electronic, machine-readable accessible format, preferably by email. I understand that signature pages may be provided as image scans; otherwise, please provide copies of pages that were originally created using computers in their native electronic format.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. Please fill this request electronically, by e-mail attachment if possible; or, by CD if the size of the documents exceeds 5 MB.
