The initial police report filed after the March 2015 officer-involved-shooting of Nicholas Taft Thomas by Sgt Kenneth Owens.

Attached is a PDF of the request made on August 31, 2015 and the first response sent on August 31, 2015. The requested information was sent electronically to Jamiles.Lartey@theguardian.com<mailto:Jamiles.Lartey@theguardian.com>.
Also attached is the second sending of documents dated February 4, 2016 after repetitive monthly emails were sent to Police Chief David Lee that were tagged as SPAM. Upon the clerk's receipt from the PD, we resent the Smyrna SOP as well as the redacted Incident Report regarding Nicholas Thomas as seen in the attachment.
The City Clerk, Terri Graham, did try to call Mr. Lartley at the number provided on the request (845-616-7724) to confirm receipt of the requested information and was unable to speak to him and receive confirmation. The request from Mr. Lartley was closed and completed as per the Georgia Sunshine Law.
