In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Shasta County Clerk's office does not hold any death certificate records, and does not have any records that are responsive to this request.
You may wish to direct your request to the Shasta County Recorder's office, which is the office responsible for death certificate records. Since your request is addressed to our department, specifically, I'm not forwarding it.
