In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We do not have a record or the ability to readily create a record that contains the information you are seeking. The Public Record Act does not require us to perform research projects or develop data for information requests. RCW 42.56.080. A detailed search was completed for any Special Event Threat Assessments generated for Black Lives Matter or Antifa events or protests between 2020-2021 was completed and located no results.
SPOC Admin also searched all drives/folders/files for the above and additional keywords "BLM threat assessments" and "Antifa threat assessments" and did not locate any items.
