Please provide the complete secret blacklist that was used in 2021, to identify Mr William Yurek as someone "known to be hostile to police and fire crews."
If this list was obtained from the FBI, NCIC, or some other source, then please also provide documents that identify the source of the blacklist.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

However, I can confirm that the Seattle Fire Department does not have any records responsive to your request. There is no, nor has there ever been, any "blacklist" used to identify Mr. Yurek or any other individual as a threat to first responders. As such, I will now consider your request closed as having no responsive records. Please let me know if you have any questions.
