--- Please respond above this line ---

Hello Ms. Haskins,
Thank you for your request for communications related to Amazon's Neighborhood Small Business Relief Fund.  I have run searches on the @seattle.gov email accounts belonging to the entire Legislative Department using the following Boolean phrase: "Neighborhood Small Business Relief Fund" OR ‎(Amazon AND "small business").  I searched from March 1 through the date of your request.  I chose March 1 because it is several days before Amazon's fund became news.
I have not yet found any responsive records.  The next step, however, which I will do shortly after this email, is to reach out to the Council offices.  They should provide any other communications not found on the City email accounts.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.  I will follow up and probably close the request on Friday, April 17, 2020, or sooner if I can.
Best regards,
Matthew C. Jaeger

Hello Caroline,
At long last, your request is finished.  I have made the records available for you download without the fee.
With this, I will close your request.  These few records are a result of email searches across council emails and outreach to the council offices.
If you have any questions, I am happy to discuss.
Best regards,
Matthew C. Jaeger
