Staff roster including but not limited to first and last names, job titles, areas of assignment, and badge, serial, and other identifying numbers. In order of preference, I would prefer that this data be provided as: OpenDocument spreadsheet, plain text with comma-separated-values (i.e., a "CSV" file), Excel spreadsheet, or the native electronic format of the software from which this information is retrieved in fulfillment of my request. I specifically request that you not create a new record for me by rendering to PDF or by printing your electronic record then scanning it to make a series of images of the printed data.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Larissa Malanca:
I received your notice of September 28, 2023, indicating your refusal to provide the record I requested on December 19, 2021 (your identifier: P084799-121921), which was the roster of police staff for December of 2021.
In that notice, you claimed that I failed to pay a fee that you demanded on January 20, 2022. I find no such demand, but I did receive, on the following day, January 21, 2022, from your office a demand for payment. Assuming that this is the fee to which you intended to refer, your claim that I failed to pay the fee is false.
On the same day that I received your January 21 demand for payment, I mailed a check, number 10292, for $1.25, with memo indicating that the payment pertained to request P084799-121921, payable to Seattle Police Department Washington Public Records Act Office, addressed to PO Box 34986, Seattle, WA 98124-4986. That check cleared on February 7, 2022, well within 30 days of the demand for payment.
You did not send the record I requested, or any record. I received no further communications from your office regarding this request until you responded to my recent request for status update with the aforementioned notice of your intent not to provide the record.
Please send the record as required by law. You have had almost two years to locate and deliver this record. This was not a complicated request. I mailed payment for your silly fee the same day you demanded it, and two weeks later, you cashed my check, thereby accepting my payment.
