Hello,
This email is to update you on the status of your request. We ran a search of all SPD mailboxes with no time frame limitations for:
"@octasic.com" OR "@tserecon.com" OR "Octasic" OR "Tactical Support Equipment"
All emails that were located were false positives and there were no emails that were between SPD and the vendors. SPD does not have any responsive emails for this request. I will update you regarding contracts or invoices with these vendors on or before 12/23/2021.

I received confirmation from the Fiscal and Contracts units that SPD does not have invoices or contracts with vendors "Octasic" or "Tactical Support Equipment".
We do not have a record or the ability to readily create a record that contains the information you are seeking. The Public Record Act does not require us to perform research projects or develop data for information requests. RCW 42.56.080.
