This is a public records act request. Nextdoor's Seattle Police comment section is a public square off limits to people who visit the city, who work in the city but don't live in it, are homeless in it, and the press are prohibited from quoting anyone without their permission https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Cbm6HqHUAAAAxGr.jpg:large . This PDR is in response to http://thecisforcrank.com/2016/02/18/gated-community-nextdoor-booted-me-for-publishing-what-people-say-there/ I fully expect this PDR to generate third party notice to Nextdoor and for them to take it to court like what happened with Uber http://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/politics/county-opens-permit-records-uber-lyft-drivers-top-9200/

I request to inspect:
* every email with associated meta-data with keyword "Nextdoor" (no time frame)
* every comment left on each SPD posting on Nextdoor
* all internet history involving nextdoor.com I want all data fields including full url and headers. If this data is stored in a SQL database I want all rows containing nextdoor and all rows from other tables where there is a linkage to the row in the main table containing keyword nextdoor

The internet history can be used to precisely show that someone at SPD read a comments/messages on Nextdoor which addresses whether or not the agency "used" a record. When a person clicks a button to see more comments there's a GET request.

The purpose of the request is gain as much insight as possible into the Nextdoor is "private" controversy and to make what happens there involving SPD more transparent.

I'd like to cancel the request for "* every email with associated meta-data with keyword "Nextdoor" (no time frame)
* all internet history involving nextdoor.com I want all data fields including full url and headers. If this data is stored in a SQL database I want all rows containing nextdoor and all rows from other tables where there is a linkage to the row in the main table containing keyword nextdoor" and keep the request for "every comment left on each SPD posting on Nextdoor" If Nextdoor challenges the request for "every comment left on each SPD posting on Nextdoor" then I'll re-request the internet history logs.

From: Tim Clemans

I did not receive the excepted 4/26 response.

From: Tim Clemans

I request every comment left on each SPD posting on Nextdoor in existence as of 6/27/2016
