We need to clarify your request in the following ways:
1) We've located the following e-mail domain for Fusus: @fusus.com. Is this the correct e-mail domain to use in our search for e-mails? Or is there a different e-mail domain you would like used? If there is a different e-mail domain you would like used in the search for responsive e-mails, please provide that additional e-mail domain within five business days.
2) Are there specific names or specific phone numbers that you would like used in a search for text messages? If there are, please provide those additional items within five business days.
3) Regarding the date range you provided of " June 1, 2023 and the date this request is processed ," I am able to provide you with records in the date range 6/1/23 - 2/4/24 (the date that your request was submitted to the Mayor's Office). If you would like to receive records that are dated after February 4, 2024, you will need to submit a new request.
If we don't hear back from you within five business days, we will understand that the e-mail domain @fusus.com is the correct e-mail domain to use in our search for e-mails and there are no specific names or specific phone numbers you would like us to use in the search for text messages. At this time, we anticipate that we will be able to provide requested records or a first installment of records on or about March 20, 2024. However, please note that this time estimate may change depending on any clarification you provide and as we continue to process your request.

This message is intended to update you on the status of your request and to clarify your request.
We have performed a search of e-mails and have not located any that are responsive to your request. We also have not located any responsive text messages. We've initiated the process of confirming with Mayor's Office staff on whether they may have any responsive records in their possession and are waiting to receive responses.
Are there any specific names or phone numbers that you would like us to search text messages for? If there are, please provide those additional items within five business days.
Once we've been able to confirm with Mayor's Office staff regarding responsive records that may be in their possession, and once I've been able to perform additional searches with any names or phone numbers that you may be able to provide within five business days, I will be in contact with an invoice or an update. We anticipate that happening on or before May 8, 2024.
