2. What is the status of this public records request? 2nd request, I require an answer to my inquiry per RCW.

3. Preserve all records. Consider this email constructive notice of probable litigation regarding this public records request. If litigation is expected or anticipated in the course of processing a public records request, all responsive records are required by law to be preserved indefinitely until litigation is resolved.
