This acknowledges receipt of your public disclosure request P044455-070819 received on July 08, 2019.
Please clarify what "records" you are requesting as no boxes on the submitted form are checked.  Are you requesting reports or a calls for services list of events only or some other type of police record?  Please provide clarification regarding the type of records you are seeking within 30 days or by August 16, 2019.   If we do not hear from you by that date we will consider the public disclosure request closed.  Should we receive clarification, we expect to provide a response on or about October 9, 2019.
