I have 8 emails received during the timeframe with the term "next normal" , I have tried sending them as a file but can only be opened in Outlook and you state you do not have access to outlook. I am sending them copied and pasted into Word documents. Without Outlook it is best I can do. Please email me if you have any more questions.

Thank you,
