To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all forms of communication between agencies involved in the planning and decision -making process in the creation of Woodstock Festival in the town of Bethel, New York located on Finger Lake for the dates August 16th, 17th, and 18th.

All communications are but not limited to; letters, emails, calendars, meeting dates, and all forms of documentation in relation to Woodstock Festival.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This is in response to your request of 1/17/19: Any and all forms of communication between agencies involved in the planning and decision -making process in the creation of Woodstock Festival in the town of Bethel, New York located on Finger Lake for the dates August 16th, 17th, and 18th. I assume you are referencing the proposed event to be held in Watkins Glen, NY and am responding accordingly. Attached, please find all correspondence and reference documents that aren't public safety related. As you may be aware, the Freedom of Information Law authorizes each agency to deny access to records or portions of such records that if disclosed would endanger the life or safety of any person [Pub. Off. Law ยง 87(2)(f)].Documents.

Accordingly, traffic planning documents which contains proposed routes of ingress and egress to this event are not included. You have 30 days from receipt of a denial of access to records or portions thereof to appeal to:
