According to the Gaggle website, this school district has used its company’s services (https://www.gaggle.net/success-stories/). Therefore, I hereby request the following documents:

* The number of students that have been flagged for each respective warning sign category listed above.
* Any school district emails that discuss disciplinary action (like detention or suspension) or an administrative response (like removing the student from class, or contacting the school guidance counselor, Child Protective Services, or the police) to student behavior on Gaggle.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.
To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Nebraska Public Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on July 9, 2019. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
I received a public records request for information associated with Gaggle services. Attached are the invoices paid to Gaggle. My Tech department is not in until August 1st. As superintendent, I don’t have access to the information you are requesting, but am willing to assist with documentation of the other records outlined in your request. Please let me know if you received the requested statements. Thank you for your patience on retrieving the remaining records requested. Dr. Daniel J. Hoesing, Superintendent
Hi, thank you for providing these invoices! Really appreciate your help.
I understand you're in a limited situation right now, how about we touch base again the week of August 6-9 about the remaining documents.
Sounds good. Thanks for understanding. Dan
