Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All FEMA received by the town of Sausalito between in Fiscal years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23.
2. All Grant agreements by the City of Sausalito for relating to homelessness, the Marinship Park Homeless Encampment in fiscal years 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23 and the State and Federal Government.
3. All Grant agreements by the City of Sausalito for relating to homelessness, the Marinship Park Homeless Encampment in fiscal years 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23.
4. The contracts between City of Sausalito and Urban Alchemy.
5. Urban Alchemy employee conduct protocols on file with the City of Sausalito.
6. All contracts, and invoices between the City of Sausalito and the law firm called Sheppard Mullin
7. All contract, and invoices between the City of Sausalito and the law firm called Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck
8. All contracts entered by the City of Sausalito with Downtown Streets Team
Regarding the abatement of soil at and around 300 Locust Street in 2021:

9. The budget, invoices, for the removal of the toxic dirt pile from 300 Locust Street in 2021.
10. The contract between Ghilloti and the City of Sausalito for removal of the toxic dirt pile from 300 locust street in 2021.
11. All tests regarding of the above mentioned soil.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
