Ukraine Communications

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

—All emails and other official departmental communications to or from Sheriff Kurt Hoffman mentioning "Ukraine" or "Russia" and dated between February 24, 2022 and March 8, 2022.
—All emails and other official departmental communications sent between the Sheriff's Office and Global Ordnance LLC and dated between February 24, 2022 and March 8, 2022.

I ask for any attachments to emails to be provided in full as pdf files and for duplicative records to be omitted; I also ask that this request be expedited in light of the urgent public interest in information related to the war.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
