Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking contracts (as well as any memos, reports, or audits) from 2013-2018 between Santa Clara County and Livermore, California-based Vigilant Solutions, Inc, or any other contracts related to license plate reader data.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I'm in receipt of your reminder letter concerning your earlier CPRA request about any contracts with Vigilant. I'm very sorry that this fell through the cracks. It is entirely my fault, I'm sorry. Let me look into this right away, however, I was able to gather the following right away. I should have a final answer to you concerning any contracts by next week.
