Hello Ms. Tolentino,

The Santa Barbara Police Department received your PRA request on November 19, 2018, requesting reports filed for non-consensual pornography or "revenge porn" investigations from October 1, 2013 to present and Arrest logs relating to charges of non-consensual pornography or 'revenge porn' from October 1, 2013 to present.

This crime is covered under 647(j)(4) of the penal code. This is not in our records management systems 'code table,' which means we cannot extract the information you are requesting. Our crime analyst will be returning from vacation December 17th, and I would like to ask her if she has a way to extract information for crimes that are not in our records management system. I will be able to provide you with the information, but it may take until January 11, 2019 due to planned vacations and holidays by staff.

In addition, I will notify you of the cost for production of the records prior to January 11, 2019. The City charges .20 cents per page or $25 per CD. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this response or the scope of your request, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you,

[Seal of the City of Santa Barbara]
