Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
(1) Copy of the 2014 bid submitted to the Madera Irrigation District to purchase water.
(2) Correspondence in 2014 including emails to and from Thomas Greci, General Manager of the Madera Irrigation District and the City of Santa Barbara regarding the bid.
This public records request is related to the attached article indicating that the City of Santa Barbara placed a bid to purchase water in 2014 from the Madera Irrigation District.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The City has produced its final document responsive to the California Public Records Act ("PRA") request received on February 2nd, regarding2013 Water Purchase Bid. The final production of disclosable, responsive records consist of 22 pages of records, which are currently available in the document attached. An email search was also conducted and there were no emails found pertaining to this request.
