The RBSAA communications

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like to request all communications between Curtis Havel and the RBRA and Louis tinwikel between 7/19 and 7/21 as well as any documents or records in regards to vessel cf # 8406KX vin # 536397 that was illegally confiscated and destroyed in November 2019. I would like to request all RBRA mettings min or documents on record we’re“boat savers “ , “Louis TInwinkel” “ the RBSAA “ or “Kelly darling” are mentioned or were Louis tinwinkel or Kelly darling were present and made pubic statements or comments.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
