Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Redwood City Police Officer David Stahler's employment history with the department, including dates and job positions, titles. Please provide the final date that he was on active duty for the Redwood City Police Department (not just the last day he was being paid as an active officer because he was using up vacation or other leave before officially retired.)
Please provide any disciplinary/misconduct documents and records pertaining to Officer David Stahler that are subject to release under the "Right to Know Act," SB 1421, including:
*Use-of-Force: Records of investigations and findings regarding the discharge of a firearm at a person by a peace officer, or any use of force resulting in great bodily injury or death.
*Sexual Assault: Records of sustained findings that a California peace officer sexually assaulted a member of the public, which is defined as any on-duty proposition or commission of a sexual act with a member of the public.
*Official Dishonesty: Records of sustained findings that a California peace officer’s dishonesty affected the reporting, investigation or prosecution of a crime, or the investigation of another officer’s misconduct.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
