2. The number of vehicle stops initiated by San Jose Police Department Officer Jack Leglu, #4908, from between January 1, 2021, through August 11, 2022, with a breakdown of the Race, Ethnicity, and/or National Origin of the driver of the vehicles stopped.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Request #1: The number of arrests made by San Jose Police Department Officer Jack Leglu, #4908, from between January 1, 2021, through August 11, 2022, with a breakdown of the Race, Ethnicity, and/or National Origin of the arrested individual(s).
SJPD Response #1: The Department's Crime Analysis Unit (CAU) is able to provide basic demographic data for arrests made by badge #4908 from 01/01/21 to 08/11/22. The CAU estimates a 2-3 week turnaround.
Request #2: The number of vehicle stops initiated by San Jose Police Department Officer Jack Leglu, #4908, from between January 1, 2021, through August 11, 2022, with a breakdown of the Race, Ethnicity, and/or National Origin of the driver of the vehicles stopped.
SJPD Response #2: The CAU can provide the RIPA data for badge #4908 from the same timeframe. The CAU estimates a 2-3 week turnaround.
