Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

I request all documents created from December 1, 2016 to the date this request is processed related to city policy and "underground" warehouse spaces (which may include arts, events, creative, community and residential uses), hereinafter "warehouses".

Please search specifically for, and respond to these categories:

1) Communications (including electronic communications) between the mayor or members of his staff with supervisors, agency heads, and/or other city officials regarding city policies, inspections and enforcement actions as they relate to warehouses.

2) Communications (including electronic communications) between the mayor or members of his staff with other government agencies, private corporations, organizations or individuals regarding city policy, inspections, and enforcement actions at such warehouses.

3) Meetings. Records of meetings involving the mayor or members of his staff on the matter of warehouses.

4) Policy documents. Directives, guidelines, notes, protocols, and/or instructions regarding city policies, inspections and enforcement as it relates to warehouses.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
