Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Immediate disclosure request - Please respond to the following 5 requests: (a) the sunshine request email with any attachments sent to Hank Heckel regarding the prop g calendar on October 29, 2021 at approximately 7:13pm, (b) the email headers for the email in ‘a’, (c) the response with any attachments sent by Hank Heckel on November 2, 2021 at approximately 1pm regarding the prop g calendar, (d) the email headers for the email in ‘c’, (e) the ICS/iCalendar metadata of the Oct 19, 2021 PropG calendar entry for Mayor’s meeting with FivePoint. Please produce whatever is immediately available immediately, and do not wait for the other requests.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Jeff,
Please see the emails responsive to items ‘a’ and ‘c’ below. The email and calendar metadata you requested requires certain redactions for cyber-security reasons and will take more time. We will provide those on a rolling basis but may require a 14 day extension from the original 10 day deadline to complete the production due to the need to consult with another department. Gov. Code § 6253(c) and S.F. Admin. Code § 67.25(b).

Further to your request below for metadata relating to a sunshine request received from Anonymous, metadata relating to our reply and metadata relating to a calendar entry, please see the attached items. These are responsive to items ‘b’, ‘d’ and ‘e’ in your request below. Please note that certain information, such as identifiers for computer addresses and cyber-security material has been redacted because the disclosure may pose a cyber-security risk to the City pursuant to PRA 6254.19; 6253.9(f). We used a metadata redaction tool developed by the Department of Technology for this purpose.
