communications with Nancy Tung

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All text messages (and messages sent through other messaging apps such as SMS, MMS, Signal, Whatsapp, or any other similar apps) between Nancy Tung and anyone from the Office of the Mayor, between April 15 and May 30.

Please include any group messages that contain both Nancy Tung, and one or more people from the Office of the Mayor, and include the names of all participants in those groups.

Please make records available on a rolling basis, as they are found and processed, rather than all at once when all records are ready to be shared.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
