Please provide all emails sent to or from Chief William Scott, David Lazar, Daryl Fong, any SFPD captain, and the SFPD commander who is the SFPD lead of HSOC (if their name is not already included in the previous list) sent or received between Oct 4th, 2022 and Oct 26th, 2022 (inclusive) containing the search terms “encampment" or "tent".
Please provide all text or chat messages between Chief William Scott and Mayor London Breed between Sept 20th, 2022 and Oct 26th, 2022, including group messages.
Please EXCLUDE any emails with subjects that contain the phrase "S.F.Clean Tent Count" and exclude attachments associated with those emails.
Please provide results on a ROLLING basis.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
