Scott,

After a diligent search, the San Francisco Police Department does not have any responsive documents in regards to your request. However, with that being said, I have forward your request to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner who handles all death cases in San Francisco. Hopefully, they might have documents to assist you in your request.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your recent inquiry with the San Francisco Police Department. Officer Eparza was kind to forward your request to the San Francisco Medical Examiner to help facilitate your records search.

The Medical Examiner's Office oversees death investigations in the City and County of San Francisco. Depending on the circumstances involved in the decedent's death the Medical Examiner may or may not have been involved in this individual's death.

Ms. Fiore,

THANK YOU for the attached record in regards to the case of Walter Graham Suggs Jr. It was extremely helpful.

I do have one follow-up question, though. Page #2 of the PDF states that the "suicide note & writing samples (identified as deceased's by wife)" was submitted to the CORONER.

I would very much like to get a copy of this as well. I would be happy to pay the $38 fee or whatever other charge there might be for this particular item. Please advise.

Thank you,
