Please provide the following clarification:

A preliminary review has revealed at least 250 incident reports involving fireworks.  Each report must be reviewed by a member of the Media Relations team.
Each report will then be referred to the appropriate investigative unit to determine if the case is open or closed.
Any report involving an arrest must also be referred to the DA's Office to determine the status of any prosecution.
We do not release reports that are related to any open investigation or prosecution (6254(f) Govt Code).
Reports concerning closed investigations, must be redacted and reviewed prior to release.
Given our current situation under a COVID-19 State of Emergency, team members may be telecommuting which slows our ability to process requests.
I cannot predict the time required to process your request as it has become voluminous.
With that in mind, please advise if you would like to proceed with this request.
If you wish SFPD to proceed with the request, please provide the requested information by July 13, 2020.

You may provide a response to SFPD by any of the following methods: 1. by responding to this email,
2. by logging into the Public Records Center and adding a message to your request, (https://u8387795.ct.sendgrid.net/ls/click?upn=nZGH0ylxadMp5hTpNkeAFs2KguIDF883TvKUiL5Czauo89OcQL1XvHpyaOEmJgdd5d784VH9vGnHWOFgsLgPks4x-2FiHPdP1-2BL5rebdB-2BV4Q-3DkLJv_cL975t-2FMw5FyhxXQed5KKoLq0rI7u3dKpnot834Tg7-2FDGVGuOmUHXW7DLIJTyauTRaqO-2BDNvl6niccJekyoDGAzUjd-2FwVMNnULSeH8KQ-2F0Z25QXPYSl7RH3QcHkAkAyVN7Dg-2FUyfCYcICFGEHGzOlMBaezIGWL0nMbNKJ3aR6rxgOvJSMcTf7hNd-2FhQTXkNRWC2Ci6z1gOai45dgC9EgqdhvNRc4N2sXUnv74W9Ha8tWxi66YmuuSVkPTWMDPGMmrDRklBDuX32k-2Fw4jKzJMwMkLyyocu0ie1wXKgWPK33tvCaJIFWBF50EWTuqCu-2B6IIYWcw-2FyZm56-2FmnhMsF3Mc4f7Z1AHlglzQxbvmmIFgsWHZS070oghNpHonZZGtYeu7uKb1kbooxLYz0h-2BOC-2Fgzg-3D-3D)
