Provide all records in your agency's constructive possession -including your agency's contractors (Community Youth Athletic Center v City of National City) and personal devices (City of San Jose v Superior Court).

Please accept my apologies for the late response to your Public Records Request. I have done an initial review of our records and have public records responsive to your request. Please find our initial disclosure attached to this message.
Because of the volume of data, we need additional time to review the all of the documents and determine if there are any non-public records that cannot be disclosed because of work product or attorney-client privilege. I anticipate more records will be released and completion of our disclosure by Friday, October 7th.
