Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting all documents related to the staffing level of SFPD between December 2018 and June 2020.
I am also requesting all communications (including, text messages, messages sent through any other messaging app or system [signal, whatsapp, kik, facbeook, twitter, groupme, slack, etc], and email) on the subject of SFPD staffing levels—i.e. about government business of interest to the public--sent or received by any employee of the SFPD--especially, but not limited to, Chief william Scott, Robert Moser, Toney Chaplin, Greg McEacherin, Ann Mannix, Catherine McGuire, Greg Yee, Robert O’Sullivan, Alexa O’Brien, Paul Yep, Peter Walsh, Deidre Hussey, Susan Merritt, Patrick Leung, Steven Ford, Daniel Perea, Robert Yick, Laura Knight, Gaetano Catagirone, Joseph Engler, Carl Fabbri, Daryl Fong, Valerie Matthews, Una Bailey, Michelle Jean, John Hart, Nicholas Rainsford, Dominic Yin, renee Pagano, David Lazar, Troy Dangerfield, Mark Cota, Jason Cherniss, Tiffany Sutton, Raj Vaswani, Timothy Falvey, Sergio Chin, John Sanchez, Joseph McFadden, Chris Pedrini, Gregory Mar, Eric Vintaro, Milanda Moore—between March 1 and June 22nd 2020.
I request that records be made available on a rolling basis, rather than all at once when all matching records are available.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the law.
