Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Report or investigation into Ian Stuart Spiro, who was an British born businessman and commodities broker and allegedly an intelligence operative who died in 1992 in suspicious circumstances along with his family. It was reported at the time that FBI was assisting county law enforcement in case.
